Before you call

A few things people ask first.

01

Do you accept my insurance?

Ashley, our insurance coordinator, works with most major PPO plans and is happy to verify your specific coverage before your first visit. Give us a call with your card handy and she'll walk through your benefits.

02

Are you taking new patients?

Yes — across all three doctors and the hygiene team. Most new-patient exams can be scheduled within one to two weeks. Mention any specific doctor preference when you call.

03

What about a dental emergency?

Call the office line first. We hold same-day emergency slots throughout the week for cracked teeth, abscesses, lost crowns, and pain that needs attention now.

04

Can my kids come too?

Of course — we're a family practice. We see children, teens, parents, and grandparents, often in the same family on the same day. Tell us the ages and we'll schedule everyone together.

05

What should I bring to my first visit?

Your ID, insurance card, and a list of any current medications. If you'd like, we'll email new-patient forms ahead of time so you can fill them out at home and skip the clipboard at check-in.

06

Can I request a specific doctor?

Absolutely. Dr. George, Dr. Spear, and Dr. del Cueto each see their own patient panels, and continuity matters to us. Just let the front desk know who you'd like to see when you book.
